To participate as a member of Property Maintenance Team in delivering a comprehensive building maintenance service to the Council, carrying out elements of a designated craft trade allocated to them. In-house training will be provided for any elements of craft trade requirements in both Housing and Non-Housing repairs. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and any other relevant legislation and Policies of the Council.
