JOB DESCRIPTION
To work with the System Implementation Officer and Senior Supervisor (Response Team) to ensure effective operational management of all areas of service within the remit of the response team ,which includes South Ayrshire Council, Out of Hours Services, Community Alarm system monitoring and response, associated Device Management Platforms, and Mobile Response Team.
The post holder will assist the Senior Supervisor (Response Team) in on-going developments of the service to support local and national agendas and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
