We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to lead learning within our specialist SEN Unit for autistic children. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school where inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

The Role
As our SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for pupils within our specialist SEN Unit.
- Create a nurturing, structured and engaging environment where every child can succeed.
- Plan and adapt learning to meet individual needs and ensure excellent progress.
- Work closely with our SENDCO, families and external professionals to implement EHCPs and personalised learning programmes.
- Support children's communication, social, emotional and academic development.
- Promote independence, confidence and positive outcomes for every pupil.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience of teaching pupils with SEND, particularly autistic children.
- Has a strong understanding of inclusive practice and child-centred provision.
- Is committed to achieving the very best outcomes for children with additional needs.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
- Brings energy, creativity and compassion to their teaching.
