You will:
- Plan and deliver individual and small group lessons using autism-informed approaches that promote communication, regulation, and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and specialist professionals to create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development and review of EHCP targets and individual learning plans to ensure every pupil’s progress and well-being.
- Support pupils’ inclusion in wider school activities and maintain strong home-school partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting processes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise and share best practice.
