As our Pastoral Support Officer, you will:
- Provide exceptional pastoral support across the school
- Take on the role of Deputy or Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL/DSL)
- Deliver Emotional Literacy Support as the school’s ELSA
- Work closely with staff on attendance, behaviour and wellbeing strategies
- Support families and manage safeguarding and child protection processes
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
