Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Ascot

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support professional who is passionate about education and ready to play a significant role in raising achievement and supporting children's success across our school.

The Role

As a HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to support learning across the school. You will deliver lessons, lead interventions and provide high-quality support that helps every child achieve their full potential.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Delivering lessons to whole classes, groups and individual pupils when required.
• Supporting teaching and learning across the school to raise attainment and pupil progress.
• Delivering targeted interventions and additional support programmes.
• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and other additional needs.
• Contributing to assessment, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide engaging learning experiences.
• Helping create a positive, inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds HLTA status or an equivalent qualification.
• Has experience of working within a primary school setting.
• Has experience delivering lessons and learning interventions.
• Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Can build positive and productive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
• Has high expectations and a commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.
• Is proactive, adaptable and enjoys working as part of a team.
