About the role and what we're looking for:
The Property Assets team provides Property and Facilities services across both Councils for the general public and for internal customer departments, using a Corporate Landlord model. The types of buildings and the customers being served include:
- Arts centres: Cornerstone in Didcot and Beacon in Wantage.
- Council offices, providing staff accommodation and public reception services.
- Community centres.
- Leisure: includes leisure facilities and outdoor swimming pools.
- Housing: hostels, houses, mobile home parks.
- Public toilets.
- Other land and facilities, including closed churchyards.
Working closely with the technical services team responsible for car parks, flood alleviation, sewage pumps, and engineering services.
