We are seeking to appoint a part time, term time Work Experience Liaison Administrator until June 2026.

Aims of Job/ Job Purpose:
To liaise with incoming placement opportunities and faculties to successfully place students, to assist in the monitoring of student placements.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Identifying suitable placements which meet the requirements of the course, college placement criteria and relevant safeguarding conditions.
- Liaise with employers providing placement opportunities and relevant curriculum teams.
- Recording of placement opportunities and monitoring to ensure they are achieved within a timely manner.
- Liaise with appropriate tutors/coordinators to identify specific course requirements in relation to placements being sought.
- Provide regular reports to work experience management team on volume of opportunities identified and taken up by students.
- Effective employer engagement and organization of placement provider events.
