About the Roles

We are recruiting for SEND roles across Early Years, Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms, as well as a specialist autism provision. These positions are highly specialised, requiring candidates with strong expertise in SEND practice and the ability to support children with complex needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working with special school level children
  • Knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions
  • Ability to carry out intimate care, including nappy changing for older children
  • Physical resilience to support children who may be highly dysregulated during the day
  • Commitment to supporting children with non-verbal autism and developmental delay
