About the Roles
We are recruiting for SEND roles across Early Years, Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms, as well as a specialist autism provision. These positions are highly specialised, requiring candidates with strong expertise in SEND practice and the ability to support children with complex needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with special school level children
- Knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions
- Ability to carry out intimate care, including nappy changing for older children
- Physical resilience to support children who may be highly dysregulated during the day
- Commitment to supporting children with non‑verbal autism and developmental delay
