About the Role
We are looking for a caring and resilient Early Years SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in North London. This role focuses on working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to thrive in both learning and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for EYFS pupils with SEMH needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and play-based learning.
- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
