Support tenants in maintaining their tenancies, understanding housing responsibilities, and accessing relevant welfare benefits. Liaise with local authorities, housing providers, and external support agencies to ensure residents receive holistic support. Conduct welfare visits and property checks as required. Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with organisational procedures. Act as a point of contact for residents needing practical or emotional support related to housing and well-being. 👤 About You We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, ideally with experience in housing, homelessness prevention, or tenancy sustainment. You'll need to have: Previous experience supporting vulnerable individuals or tenants (within housing or support services). A proactive and empathetic approach to resolving issues.
