Tempest Resourcing is delighted to be working with several Outstanding and Good Primary Schools across North London who are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the upcoming Summer Term.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is essential.
  • Additional SEN experience (e.g., SEMH, speech and language needs, or physical disabilities) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • A genuine passion for supporting early years pupils in their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
