We are urgently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join a supported housing service in Coventry on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, support work, care, homelessness, customer service, or community support who is looking to progress within the housing sector.
Key Duties:
- Supporting vulnerable residents within supported accommodation
- Carrying out welfare checks and property inspections
- Completing support plans and risk assessments
- Managing tenancy-related issues and low-level ASB
- Liaising with external agencies and support services
- Maintaining accurate case notes and records
- Reporting repairs and health & safety concerns
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and organisation skills
