As a Senior or Head Pastry Chef, you play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality pastry production while supporting a collaborative and values-led kitchen culture. Working closely alongside and reporting to the Production Manager, you guide daily operations through clear communication, strong organisation, and deep respect for ingredients and process.

What You’ll Dough:

  • Lead daily pastry production under the direction of the Production Manager.
  • Coordinate workflow, team organisation, and daily production priorities.
  • Maintain consistency across viennoiserie, pastry, and seasonal products.
  • Train and mentor team members with meticulous attention to technique and standards.
  • Support production planning, ordering, and stock control processes.
  • Ensure hygiene, allergen, and food safety compliance across pastry operations.
  • Step confidently into section leadership during busy production periods.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager on menu development and operational improvements.
