We connect hundreds of distributor businesses with suppliers, tools, and technology that help them grow — including our newly launched AI-powered search tools.
You'll join our Distributor Services team as the main point of contact for a portfolio of distributor clients — managing renewals, driving upsells, and supporting day-to-day technical queries across phone, email, and live chat. This isn't a pure sales role and it isn't a pure support role. You'll also liaise directly with our developers to help build and manage client websites, join weekly scrum calls, and attend monthly strategy meetings to help shape where the business goes next. And yes — you'll occasionally travel to visit clients and run the Sourcing City stand at Merchandise World, our major biannual trade show. Overnight stays covered.
- Comfortable with CRM software and genuinely curious about how e-commerce and websites work (previous e-commerce experience is a real bonus).
