By joining the product team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product, reporting directly to the VP of Product. You’ll bring a strategic mindset and a strong execution focus, ensuring that customer needs translate into impactful product decisions. You’ll spend time speaking with customers, understanding their challenges, and turning insights into well-scoped, high-quality features. Day in the Life
- Engage with our customers: You’ll spend a significant amount of time talking to our customers, understanding their needs, and gathering requirements. You're their voice within the product, and your ability to empathize and understand their pain points will be invaluable.
- Industry research: You’ll stay ahead of industry trends, analyze emerging technologies, and evaluate how similar solutions are evolving. Your insights will help shape our roadmap by identifying opportunities to differentiate and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Collaborate with the development team: You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our development team by representing the voice of the customer throughout the build process.
- Champion the product: As a product champion, you’ll collaborate closely with our product marketing and customer success teams. Together, you’ll coordinate effective product launches, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our customers and drives adoption.
