Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead catering across Worksop, Retford and Tuxford. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00, across 39.2 weeks per year, with travel between sites as required.
You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, stock control, and ensure excellent customer service to pupils and staff. The ideal candidate has prior Head of Kitchen or similar experience, strong leadership, and a full UK driving licence.
