Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to oversee catering across Rushcliffe and Arnold areas. You’ll work 7:30am–2:00pm, Mon–Fri, 30 hours per week across 39.2 weeks per year, leading kitchen operations and ensuring high quality food and service.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise catering teams, monitor food safety and hygiene, control stock, and maintain records while driving consistent standards across multiple sites.
