Walsall Council is recruiting for a Fair Access & Missing Education Caseworker on a temporary basis. The role supports the Fair Access Protocol and Children Missing Education, with hybrid work and on-site days at the Civic Centre in Walsall Town Centre.
You will handle administration, manage databases (Capita and CRM systems), track pupil placements and attendance, and liaise with parents, schools and other services to ensure pupils return to education. DBS required.
