Vertas is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Lodge Forest Café in Stirling. You will support the Catering Manager with daily café operations, supervise staff, monitor hygiene and front-of-house and kitchen performance.
Responsibilities include placing orders, cash handling, stock control and monitoring food budgets, and helping control costs to keep the business profitable. 37.5 hours per week on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
