Vertas is seeking a dedicated School Chef to join our catering team at Rivendell Flying High Academy, NG14 5HH. Working 26.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 13:45, 39.2 weeks per year, you will lead the kitchen operation and ensure nutritious, high quality meals with excellent customer service and food safety standards.
You will manage daily kitchen operations, stock, orders, budget controls, and support kitchen colleagues while maintaining records.
