Northampton Children’s Trust seeks an experienced MASH Decision Maker to join its safeguarding hub in Northamptonshire. You will review referrals, analyse information from partners, and make timely decisions to protect children. Hybrid work with 1 day in the office and 1.5 days remote, 18.5 hours per week, rate £36/hour (Umbrella).
You will assess risk, support threshold decisions, uphold the child’s voice, and work with agencies to ensure timely, evidence-based interventions.
