Vertas is recruiting a Mobile Head of Kitchen to lead catering operations across Newark area sites. This part-time role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:30, across 39.2 weeks per year, with travel between sites as required.
The role requires experience as Head of Kitchen or Cook Manager in a school or commercial kitchen, strong leadership, and a full UK driving licence. You will manage stock, ensure food safety, and deliver excellent customer service to pupils and staff.
