Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to oversee multiple catering sites across Nottinghamshire, working 7:30am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. You will travel between sites as required.
Lead kitchen operations, prepare meals to menu specifications, supervise catering colleagues, monitor food safety and hygiene, manage stock and records, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
