We're looking for someone to get our customers live, confident and getting results from our marketing automation platform. No sales targets. No cold calls. Just you, your customers, and a product you'll help shape.
About SourceFlow
We build websites and marketing technology for recruitment and staffing agencies. Our marketing automation product is still early, which is exactly why this role matters.
The role
You'll own onboarding from signed contract to confident customer. It's hands-on, one-to-one work with recruitment businesses.
- Run kickoff and setup for every new customer
- Get their data, journeys, emails and forms configured
- Train their teams until they can run it themselves
- Be the person they call when they're stuck
- Spot patterns and feed them straight back to our product team
Why this one's different
Most onboarding roles hand you a finished product and a script. Here, you'll be one of the first people working with customers on the platform, so what you hear goes directly into what we build. If you've onboarded customers onto another automation tool and thought "I'd do that differently", this is your chance.
What you'll bring
- A dedication to providing brilliant experiences for customers. It's our view that code has become commoditised but experiences haven't
- Experience onboarding or implementing SaaS, ideally marketing automation or CRM
- Confidence leading calls and training non-technical people
- Strong organisation across several customers at different stages
- Recruitment industry experience is a bonus, not a must
What you get
- Β£35,000 to Β£40,000 depending on experience
- 9-day fortnight (4 days one week, 5 the next)
- Annual company away trip
- Regular team get-togethers
- A Mac setup and the right tools to do the job properly
