Northamptonshire Children's Trust is seeking an experienced Social Worker for the Children with Disabilities team in Kettering. You will manage a caseload across CIN, CP and CiC, undertake statutory assessments, and coordinate care plans with families and multi‑agency partners.
The role is hybrid (office 3 days a week, home-based for remaining days) with a 37-hour week and a temporary contract. Registration with Social Work England and at least 3 years PQE are required.
