This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs.**Role Overview**As a SEN Case Officer, your primary focus will be to:* Work through the statutory assessment backlog.* Draft Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).* Manage the associated casework in line with statutory timelines and best practice.* Liaise with families, schools, and professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred plans.**What We're Looking For*** Proven experience in SEN casework and statutory processes.* Strong understanding of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP legislation.* Excellent communication and organisational skills.* Ability to manage a complex caseload independently and efficiently.**Working Arrangements*** This role is fully remote, with equipment provided.If you're passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND and have the experience to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you*This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
