SourceFlow is seeking a SEN Case Officer to join our Assessment Team. You will work through the statutory assessment backlog, draft Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and manage related casework within statutory timelines.
This fully remote role requires proven SEN casework experience, a solid understanding of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP legislation, and excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with families, schools, and professionals.
