We’re looking for a Production Engineer to support and optimise manufacturing processes within an electromechanical production environment. This role acts as a key link between Design and Manufacturing, particularly during New Product Introduction (NPI), and plays an important part in improving efficiency, quality, and production flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, and test specifications
  • Support NPI activities, including pilot builds and transition to production
  • Provide tooling, equipment, and day-to-day technical support to manufacturing
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and quality tools
  • Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering
  • Experience with electromechanical assemblies (PCBs, motors, wiring, sensors, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
  • Experience in high-mix / low-volume manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems is desirable
