This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with 90% of the job being remote (WFH) only requiring one office day per week, alongside occasional site visits and meetings.
The Role
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for pricing a wide range of projects valued from £100k to £2 million, including:
- Window replacement schemes
- New build office developments
- Hospital ward refurbishments
- School extensions & police station upgrades
- Various public and private sector projects
Key duties include:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, tenders, and budgets.
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
- Working closely with the pre-construction and project management teams.
