An established and growing manufacturing business in Droitwich is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join its production team. Supplying high quality components into sectors including automotive, construction and leisure, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled setter looking for long term stability, training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out mould tool changes on injection moulding machines
  • Setting and optimising moulding machines for production
  • Monitoring process performance and product quality
  • Troubleshooting process issues and making adjustments where required
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities
  • Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve targets

  • Previous experience setting plastic injection moulding machines
  • Experience carrying out mould tool changes
  • Good understanding of injection moulding processes

Week 1 Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:15 Friday: 06:00-11:00
Week 2 Monday-Thursday: 14:00-22:15 Friday: 11:00-16:00 (38 hours per week)
