Source Co Recruitment are looking for an experienced Account Handler to join a growing business within the manufacturing sector in Worcester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual to join a busy office team, managing customer accounts from enquiry through to project completion.

The

Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing customer orders and quotations, and building strong, long-lasting client relationships while ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Working

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 4pm No Weekends!The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Handling, Sales Administration or Office Administration.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Key Responsibilities Customer Account Management Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.

Provide regular updates throughout the order process.

Deliver outstanding customer service.

Sales & Order Administration Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.

Manage order amendments and day-to-day customer requests.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services.

Problem Solving Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Liaise with Sales, Operations and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution.

Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Monitor account activity and project progress.

Keep customers and internal teams informed throughout the order lifecycle.

Team Support Support the onboarding of new customers.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
