A leading manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to support site operations and drive a strong health, safety, and compliance culture across a busy production environment. The Role

You'll play a key role in maintaining training standards, supporting audits, reviewing procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and reviewing risk assessments and site procedures
  • Conducting workplace inspections and compliance checks
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Delivering training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Managing training records and competency reviews
  • Monitoring site hygiene and compliance standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams to promote best practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • IOSH qualification (essential)
  • Experience delivering training in a workplace environment
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles

Desirable experience:

  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and investigations
