SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-known client in Southam. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently across the UK.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am - 8:00pm (Late Shift) OT Available
Salary: £37,000.00 per year
What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise the late shift team to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Support the Operations Manager and provide clear shift handovers to maintain continuity
- Coordinate picking, marshalling, and loading activities to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and vehicles are dispatched on schedule
- Manage goods in and out, ensuring all stock is received, checked, labelled, and stored correctly
- Maintain forward planning of workloads, ensuring picking schedules are at least 48 hours ahead
- Promote a positive team environment, encouraging engagement and collaboration
