TIG Welder Aluminium Sheet Metal Kidderminster | £16 £17 per hour ( £36,000pa ) | Permanent | Days A well-established and growing UK manufacturing business is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join its busy production team in Kidderminster. The company has been established for over 30 years and has built a strong reputation for producing high-quality, bespoke metal products and fabrications for major customers across the UK. Following significant investment in new facilities, plant and manufacturing technology, this is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, expanding operation where quality workmanship really matters. The Role The primary focus of this position will be TIG welding aluminium sheet-metal components , producing clean, accurate and high-quality finished products to customer specifications. Youll be working from engineering drawings , preparing and assembling components before carrying out precise TIG welds where appearance, accuracy and consistency are important. Key requirements: Strong TIG welding experience essential Proven experience welding aluminium Experience working with sheet metal / thin-gauge materials Ability to read and work from engineering drawings Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of finished work Ability to accurately measure, fit and prepare components prior to welding Previous experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment This is not primarily a MIG welding role were specifically looking for someone confident and experienced in TIG welding aluminium sheet metal. Hours Pay £16per hour during probation, £17 per hour thereafter. Salary equivalent= approx. £36,000 per annum MondayThursday: 07:3016:30 Friday: 07:3015:00 Permanent, full-time position Why consider it?
