SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Operative on behalf of a forward thinking manufacturing business based in Banbury. This is a hands on opportunity within a modern production environment, offering excellent training, long-term stability, and a strong salary package for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Working alongside the Control Room team, you'll help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • This role combines control room operations with practical duties across a mill environment.

Key Duties

  • Monitoring and operating manufacturing processes
  • Collecting and testing product samples
  • Completing production and traceability paperwork
  • Monitoring stock levels and production efficiency
  • Carrying out quality and hygiene checks
  • Supporting safe and compliant site operations
  • Working closely with transport and production teams
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Manufacturing or production experience desirable
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Basic IT skills
  • Safety conscious approach
  • Forklift, HACCP or First Aid qualifications advantageous but not essential

Shift Pattern

  • 4 Days: 06:00 - 18:00, 4 Off
  • 4 Nights: 18:00 - 06:00, 4 Off
