The opportunity SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading production company based in Hereford who are currently looking to expand their team.
Hours of work 4 on 4 off shift pattern
6am to 6pm, block of 4 days then 4 rest day, then 6pm to 6am block of nights.
Pay rate – £27,624 training rate, then once fully trained it is £30,094.
Start date- ASAP
Location Hereford, own transport required.
What does the Technical Operative role involve?
- Ensure smooth operation of product
- Awareness of the usage of material and energy sources
- Quality assurance and quality control, compliance of product
- Handling and lifting of pre mix bags
- completion of documentation and paperwork
- Stock management
- Supply/demand-minimize downtime and ensure the most efficient use of production time

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:Previous experience in a food manufacturing sector desirable but not essential. Full training provided with ongoing progression available.
