The Role
Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting the wider site team. This is a physically active role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production equipment and control systems
- Supporting daily production targets and minimising downtime
- Carrying out routine checks, housekeeping, and hygiene duties
- Completing production paperwork and stock checks
- Operating FLT and plant machinery where required
- Supporting with site safety procedures and permit controls
- Assisting with breakdown response and general operational duties
- Working closely with a small team to keep production running efficiently

- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, feedmill, or industrial environments
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills
- Comfortable working with machinery and computer systems
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout shifts
