SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a well-known client in Southam. Monday to Friday 10:30am - 8:00pm (Late Shift) OT Available. Salary: £37,000.00 per year.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and supervise the late shift team to ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the Operations Manager and provide clear shift handovers to maintain continuity.
  • Coordinate picking, marshalling, and loading activities to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and vehicles are dispatched on schedule.
  • Manage goods in and out, ensuring all stock is received, checked, labelled, and stored correctly.
  • Maintain forward planning of workloads, ensuring picking schedules are at least 48 hours ahead.
  • Promote a positive team environment, encouraging engagement and collaboration.
  • Support stock control activities, including quarterly stock takes and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, company policies, and BRC requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including reducing picking errors and stock discrepancies.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Holds a valid and up-to-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
  • Flexi FLT licence or relevant experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • At least 3 years experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment setting.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and effectively lead team performance.
  • A good understanding of UK geography and postcode planning.
