About the Role:
Were seeking aSenior Repair Engineer/Team Leadto bring technical expertise and guidance to our team in Droitwich Spa. With at least 2 years of experience in the field, youll play a crucial role in supporting colleagues with repair-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert advice.

While this isnt a management role, experience in team leadership is a bonus, as this position could grow into a team management opportunity in the future.

What Were Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience as a repair engineer
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset to support and guide the team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership or team management experience (a bonus, but not required)
