Source Co Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a long-standing client based in Belfast.

Working Hours Monday to Thursday - 08:30 16:30 / Fridays 08:30 14:00 Salary £26,500 per annum , increasing to £28,500 following successful probation.
The Role Working alongside the Office Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading, supporting and motivating the production team while ensuring customer orders are delivered OTIF.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive productivity, maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement across the production operation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support the production team on a daily basis.
Ensure finished goods are produced and delivered OTIF.
Carry out quality control checks and maintain high production standards.
