HGV Parts / Sales Advisor
Location: Warrington
Type: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours, + approx. 1-in-4 Saturday mornings
Responsibilities:
- Providing the first point of contact for business enquiries relating to HGV, commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket parts.
- Utilising strong computer skills and an excellent telephone manner to deliver sound parts-advice and enhance existing customer relationships.
- Ensuring accuracy of orders, expediting deliveries, and using computer systems to manage and co-ordinate inventory requirements.
- Managing long-standing customer accounts, building on established partnerships and taking the time to care with every call.
- A flexible and sociable team-player, willing to learn and contribute wherever needed to fulfil business aims.
