Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, daytime hours, + approx. 1-in-4 Saturday mornings
Having a friendly, helpful, and conscientious attitude, providing the first point of contact for business enquiries relating to HGV, commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket parts.
Utilising strong computer skills and an excellent telephone manner to deliver sound parts-advice and enhance existing customer relationships.
Ensuring accuracy of orders, expediting deliveries, and using computer systems to manage and co-ordinate inventory requirements.
Managing long-standing customer accounts, building on established partnerships and taking the time to care with every call.
A flexible and sociable team-player, willing to learn and contribute wherever needed to fulfil business aims.
