Salary: Base Salary of £50,000 with OTE taking between £55,000 to £60,000.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday.
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and driven technical Sales Manager to join our growing team in Malvern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in driving new business growth. The role will be primarily focused on outbound sales and business development, with an element of account management to nurture and grow existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, generating, and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Conducting outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients
- Presenting and promoting products/services to prospective customers
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Working with the technical team and internal sales admin team
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development
- Ideally from an Engineering, Manufacturing or technical aspect
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven and motivated by success
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
