The Role:

As Transport Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transport operations, with a strong focus on compliance, organisation, and supporting drivers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and maintaining accurate records
  • Scheduling vehicle maintenance including MOTs, servicing, and inspections
  • Monitoring driver hours, working time, and infringements
  • Managing driver documentation and compliance checks
  • Supporting transport audits (internal and external)
  • Maintaining transport systems and records
  • Ordering fuel, PPE, and site consumables
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
