The Role:
As Transport Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transport operations, with a strong focus on compliance, organisation, and supporting drivers. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance including MOTs, servicing, and inspections
- Monitoring driver hours, working time, and infringements
- Managing driver documentation and compliance checks
- Supporting transport audits (internal and external)
- Maintaining transport systems and records
- Ordering fuel, PPE, and site consumables
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
