Are you an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator looking for your next step in your career? SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a longstanding client in Tewkesbury. You will work closely with managers and teams to coordinate training initiatives, identify development needs, and ensure smooth delivery of programs.
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (flexibility required)
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and plan development activities
- Support apprenticeships, inductions, and internal training programs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams and external training providers
- Experience in a training, L&D, or coordination role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- A full driving license and willingness to occasionally travel to different sites
