Are you an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator looking for your next step in your career? SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a longstanding client in Tewkesbury. You will work closely with managers and teams to coordinate training initiatives, identify development needs, and ensure smooth delivery of programs.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (flexibility required)

Salary: £30,400 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain training schedules and records for the company
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and plan development activities
  • Support apprenticeships, inductions, and internal training programs
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Liaise with internal teams and external training providers

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a training, L&D, or coordination role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
