Key Responsibilities- Carrying out mould tool changes on injection moulding machines
- Setting and optimising moulding machines for production
- Monitoring process performance and product quality
- Troubleshooting process issues and making adjustments where required
- Supporting continuous improvement activities
- Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve targets
- Previous experience setting plastic injection moulding machines
- Experience carrying out mould tool changes
- Good understanding of injection moulding processes
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Forklift, lifting equipment or plastics processing training would be advantageous
