Job Summary Our client in Hereford are seeking a proactive individual to join their team as a Despatch operative on a FTC for 6 months. Responsibilities * To fully understand and comply with all department / company policies and guidelines. * To meet housekeeping and hygiene standards individually and as part of a team * Compliance with food safety and HSE Guidelines * Complete all relevant paperwork to ensure traceability in the event of a process problem/issue * Ensure stock is correctly rotated * Complete schedule to supply crates and pallets * Co-operate in the continuous improvement of quality, safety and productivity standards. * Handling and lifting of crates up to 18kg Experience * Communication and working as part of a team (essential) * NVQ level 2 in food manufacturing (desirable) * Basic Food Hygiene certificate (desirable) * Manual Handling training (desirable) * Pallet Truck Licence (desirable) * Fork Lift Truck Licence (Essential) We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our clients organisation while contributing positively to their team culture.
